At night, we joined Suan’s family for steamboat dinner. We went to same Pasar Malam again and bought some shirts for kids and Kwee Yap and more sweet corns.... Ern Ye had his strawberry coated with chocolate again, his favourite!!!
Head up to Tanah Rata, Boh Tea Plantation early morning. Took a long journey and headed up to MNC (M’sian Nature Centre) which we later found out that its meant for members. Drove down to their restaurant for an English breakfast. Parents did not enjoy their breakfast and fortunately nasi lemak which arrived half an hr later saved our day. Unfortunately there is no factory tour conducted that day. We found out that there are 3 tea plantations in CH of which the one at Sungai Palas meant for tourists and provides breathtaking view. However all is not lost as we managed to trek up to hill top to view tea plantation at Tanah Rata. We went to Cactus Valley, paid entrance fee to view, cactus, apple, pear, strawberry, nice flowers before proceeding to strawberry park where we had light snacks on strawberry. Had lunch at Brinchang before returning to apartment. We visited Suan's apartment which is a stone throw away. Its was a better unit as it was newly renovated. After checking and comparing the rooms , we went back to our unit to get ready for dinner.
