Day 2 – 31 December 2009

Kwee Yap and 2 boys went for an early breakfast at around 8 am. Later Kwee Yap fetched Ye to school for his standard One orientation. After feeding Tong cereal, I brought baby and Sean for buffet breakfast. We met Richard who was there with his mother. He was most helpful assisting us with the foods. Sean was a good boy, he helped to bring food to the table. We had omelet, cereal , toasted bread and sausages.
After a short rest at the apartment, Sean had a dip at the pool. Around 11 am, Kwee Yap brought back Ye and mum. Mum and I went to pack some vegetarian dishes at Jln Ampang’s temple and on the way back, we picked up sister with her 3 kids who stopped at KLCC’s LRT. We packed quite a number of sumptuous dishes using the plastic containers brought from home. All had a hearty meal. Time flew when you had a wonderful time. Kids busied playing computer games, watching tv and running around whilst adults chatted. Tse Chew dropped by for a visit and was treated to “100 plus” drink served in fine china. Mum took a short nap with Zhe You, same with Kwee Yap with Tong Tong. Big sis and I went up with kids for a dip. In no time we went down for dinner. Mum just remembered that she left food at Tse Chew’s house. However, all is not lost as Cold Storage at KLCC is just a stone throw away. By the time dinner was served, everyone tucked in great hunger. Though dinner was simple, we all enjoyed it thoroughly.
Except for Zhe You and Tong Tong , the bigger kids stayed late at night as they wanted to watch fireworks. At around 11 pm, Kwee Yap asked kids to take a short rest. That midnight only Sean and Ye managed to wake up to watch fireworks with Kwee Yap and me at Level 22 Ascott. Its was worth the trip and everyone wishing each other a Happy New Year.

Day 3 - 1 January 2010
A New Year!!! We had a sumptuous breakfast at Level 22. Mum said it was better than the one we had at Tenji, hahaha. Kids went to pool after the breakfast. Everyone had a whale of time. Kwee Yap slept his way through breakfast. That morning, the spread was better than the day before, they even served nasi lemak. After a hearty and a long meal, we went down to pack for home. We sent sis and kids to KLCC LRT station and after that went back to check out. Sean and Ye fed the fishes before returning to car. We packed lunch and dinner that day as kitchen was closed for the day. Everyone had a wonderful time, even the baby!!!! No regret bringing Tong with us, she seemed so delighted to see everyone around. She even enjoyed playing at her own baby cot. It was spacious and clean. We did not let her crawled at the carpet and instead put her in the baby cot most of the time.
